Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Countdown App ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Countdown App is a countdown timer application available on iOS. The App allows you to create countdown timers for events, customize them with colors, emoji icons, and photo backgrounds, and share them with others.

Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your device's Settings under your Apple ID
Free trial periods, if offered, are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription

User Content

You may create countdowns and select photos from your device's photo library as backgrounds. All user content is stored locally on your device. You retain all rights to your content. We do not access, collect, or store your content on any server.

Sharing

The App allows you to share countdowns via links and images. Shared links contain only the countdown's title, description, target date, color, and emoji — encoded directly in the URL. No personal information is included in shared content.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App's functionality.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
